• GraduationProduct1.com orders:
  • Email (sales@graduationproduct1.com) or fax us (1-404-935-5172) the following information:
    • Your GraduationProduct1.com order number.
    • A copy of the printed ad or the website address or URL where you found the lower price.
    • The item name, ID or SKU number from the competitor ad, or website.
• One of our Customer Service Representatives will confirm the competitor's lower price and, if applicable, refund 110% of the difference within 30 business days.
• All lowest price refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
